  2. If someone cooks for me, I ask: “is it gluten free?” Most everyone knows the severity of hypersensitivity to gluten. I apologize profusely and we all feel equally either good or bad. May use this “excuse” accross the board and most of the time it works. I say “most of the time” because if it does not… I was the saboteuresse.

    yes… tell your sick family suffering from obesity, arthritis, migraines etc. that you are wanting to avoid sugar, processed foods and GMOs and see what happens to your health, and you will probably get labeled as the “sicko” or “an obsessed hypochondriac”, with orthorexic behaviors.
