Sausage, Apple & Cranberry Stuffing Recipe
One of my favorite Thanksgiving treats has always been the stuffing. Here is a great recipe for a stuffing with no bread products!
This was just the message I needed to hear. After an extremely stressful week, I found myself eating some of my old comfort foods because they were there and it was going to take a lot of effort to get my healthy foods because we were visiting relatives. Thought maybe it wouldn’t matter this week. I ended up feeling terrible with bad stomach aches and generally feeling lousy. Changing my attitude from “I have to” to ” I want to” is going to be my key to successfully get well and I need to embrace that for my long term health, there can be no exceptions to the plan.
