Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup
With the cold weather coming warm, easy meals are always nice to have. This one is not only easy, but also very tasty!
I modified this slightly to be in keeping with another breathing exercise I use so I’m checking in to find out if there is any reason I shouldn’t do it this way. Here’s my modified version: With the foot rhythm established, I breathe in for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breathe out for seven seconds, hold for four seconds and repeat. These are soft holds with the throat open. Any reason I should not include the “holds?” BTW, I downloaded B’Metronome on my Android phone to keep time. It gets good reviews, is free, and has no ads.
