  1. This was really great! You pointed out how important sleep is to our bodies, how it is used to heal and help give us energy for the next day. Some people do require more sleep than others and I appreciated that yes some people do need 10 hrs and some require 7 hrs and higher and there is nothing to be ashamed of by getting that amount of sleep.

    Thank you for sharing your experiences! For me personally, it helps me know that as amazing as you are, that your struggles are like the rest of us and it gives hope and understanding to this particular situation.
