Recipe of the Week
Plantain Taco Shells
Tacos are one of our favorite meals in our house. Normally we just eat taco meat on top of a salad or by using lettuce leaves as the taco shells. This recipe seems like a great alternative for a nice change of pace!
“It is important to me that I feel good everyday” Yes, Exactly this.
I will totally help facilitate a meetup as a volunteer if you decide to start one. I think it’s a wonderful idea. It can feel very lonely and hard to relate with people that just don’t relate.
Thank you for this one!

DEAR DRS. I TOTALLY RELATE TO THIS POWER KEYS CHAT, AS I HAVE A WONDERFUL CHINESE RESTAURANT THAT MAKES STIR FRY FOR ME WITH NO SOY SAUCE OR ANY FORM OF GLUTEN. THEY ARE AWESOME AND I HAVE MET MANY FRIENDS THERE AND ENJOYED MYSELF IMMENSELY. WE HAVE CLOSE FRIENDS THAT WE WOULD TRADE-OFF COOKING THANKSGIVING DINNER AND HAD A LOT OF FUN OVER THE COURSE OF YEARS, BUT ONCE THE GLUTEN STORY CAME INTO THE PICTURE; WE WERE POLITELY TOLD THAT THEY WANTED TO STICK WITH TRADITIONAL EATERY. SO AS YOU CAN SPECULATE; I HAVE EXPERIENCED BOTH SIDES OF YOUR CHAT.
