Hummus

Hummus is  a fantastic dip or spread that can be used many ways.  One of our favorite is dipping with plantain chips.  This recipe gives you the ability to have a similar experience without using garbanzo beans.  Try mixing in roasted garlic or basil for an extra flavor kick!
