  2. HI DR. GATES, THANKS FOR KEEPING EVERYONE POSTED AND THE TIPS WERE GOOD REMINDERS.

  3. When I get a craving for chocolate, I put a few tablespoons of almond butter (low sugar) with a heaping teaspoon of cacao powder, a tablespoon of filtered water and a dab of stevia. Mix it up to the consistency of pudding. Voila!
