  1. Dear Drs. This was a great topic, especially Dr. Gates refreshing us how to use our feet tapping to regain calmness. This will be very helpful to our oldest son who has quite a bit of stress with 12 hour days/7 days a week. I will be flying to Hawaii Dec. 29th with an unknown return, possibly as long as 3 months, so I will have a lot of catching up to do on your “Success” series when I return.
