  2. Dear Dr. Rutherford,
So glad I found you and your colleague on YouTube today. Spent many hours going through your videos. I have fibromyalgia and experience now that I’m getting “afraid” of food. I read so much different advice; No gluten, no carbs, no sugar, no dairy. Thought I was doing good with my morning smoothie with berries and bananas, then I read there to much sugar in this. Started juicing, then I read raw vegetables are not good for you. Hello…what are you gonna eat?
I live in Oslo, Norway and as far as I’ve figured out, no real specialist on fibro here. Been to several, none seem to know anything but to put me on medication that doesn’t work. Pain is all over and it’s “doing my head in”.
    Thank for all the info!
    Kind regards
    Belinda Claridge

  3. I am 64 and had bad arthritis starting in my late 20s.

After stopping gluten and reducing sugar, I have no arthritis today.
So glad to see people like you pushing the message to others.
