Dear Drs. I’m very pleased to know about the foot tapping method for stress; it will come in handy for some of my 49er games of late. I already practice breathing techniques in my yoga class, besides the ones I learned from you. My mom makes a great gluten free shepherd’s pie, so it will be hard to surpass hers, don’t know how this one will compare. Thanks for hanging out.
