Today we will be discussing what is termed fear avoidance syndrome or kinesophobia as it pertains to fibromyalgia. This is a well acknowledged condition that applies to patients with chronic pain conditions including but not limited to fibromyalgia. We will discuss how we handle this issue in our fibro sufferers as well as what this means relative to prognosis.
