PHT 115: BPPV: Why Is It Not Improving?

Today we are discussing the most common cause of vertigo known as BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo).  We will give you an explanation of why BPPV occurs and bring clarity as to why the vertigo occurs.  We will also discuss why some cases do not improve and many patients that we see in this office have persistent dizziness and vertigo after their BPPV has been treated.
