Today we present an article out of the journal Rheumatology International published last month, that documented significant improvements in Fibromyalgia patients that went on a gluten free diet. As is commonly the case with gluten, this paper has created quite a stir in the rheumatology and chronic pain circles, and we will try to bring clarity to both sides of the argument. More importantly, for those suffering with Fibromyalgia, we will talk about the applicability of this article.
