PHT 019 : Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity

Today we are discussing a very hot topic in the media, termed non-celiac gluten sensitivity.  We have had a tremendous amount of feedback from patients regarding reports of a recent study which showed that non-celiac gluten sensitivity does not exist, and even more interestingly the study was conducted by the gentleman who pioneered the diagnosis of non-celiac gluten sensitivity, Peter Gibson.

In today’s podcast we will discuss how the study in question was potentially flawed and how other very important data, published just this year by Peter Gibson, is not consistent with what is being reported in the mainstream news.  So please tune in, enjoy, and forward us your questions!

Please enjoy and forward your comments to us here on our website or our Facebook page.  Thank you for listening!
