Insomnia, Natural Treatments

Today we will be discussing insomnia.  This is an extremely prevalent disorder, and though it is not life threatening for the vast majority of patients, it does cause significant burden and decreased quality of life for those who suffer with insomnia.  In today’s broadcast we will present some exciting information that is new to the scientific research regarding natural treatments for this condition as well as recommendations from medical societies on how to approach this problem.
