Food Addiction, Do You Have It?

Consistently even with persistent reminders and weekly videos on the topic, many of our patients have difficulty maintaining their dietary recommendations long-term. This has led us to reconsider our approach and paradigm to addressing food intolerances and allergies. Therefore we have looked further into the matter, and are presenting a topic this week on food addiction. We feel this may be a continuum and an underlying reason why so many have difficulty sticking to their diets. Furthermore, socially it is hard to restrict foods, because we are inundated and surrounded by them in social gatherings most of the time. In today’s broadcast we will discuss what you can do to prevent relapses in the biochemistry in your brain causing you to not be able to resist foods off your diet.
