Today we are discussing Adrenal Fatigue. Many of us realize that when we are under stress for long periods that this may be associated with feeling tired and run down. However, Adrenal Fatigue is not a recognized medical diagnosis. Today we will present the research on this and explain why this prevalent problem should be more readily accepted and treated.
