Have questions?  Ask below!

This week we are doing our Google Hangout/Broadcast on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and Andropause as they relate to the gut.

We will discuss the underlying mechanisms of PCOS including androgen dominance, obesity, and insulin resistance. Also, we will discuss Andropause as it relates to males having lower testosterone and elevated estrogen levels, and why taking testosterone is not always the best fit for male patients.

Then we will tie in the gastrointestinal tracts relationship to one of the key mechanisms for both of these disorders, obesity. Tune in if you or a loved one suffers with PCOS or Andropause, and feel free to direct your questions to us so that we can answer them live!

  1. Thank you so much for this indepth video about pcos. I suffer from this HORRIBLE condition. I just recently started to research this to find any way to help me. Like you said, I am one of those that could not lose weight eating 1000cals a day doing an hour high intensity work-outs. I have been feeling so hopeless. I went to the Dr. Last week and had some blood tests done and an ultrasound yesterday. He put me on a low carb diet. I know I am a severe case. This thing about the GUT being the center of it all.. I believe 100%. I have every symptom in a severe way. I would love to know if there is a diet “lifestyle change”, you recommend? I need all the help I could get. Again.. Thank you soooo much for this video!
