  1. I wanted to hear more specifics about keeping the blood sugar stable, for instance, if I have a small apple, how much almond butter do I need? A Teaspoon, a Tablespoon? If I’m having coleslaw with homemade mayonaisse and a chicken thigh can I also have a cup of cherries? If I’m having lentil soup, what quantity of lentils is sufficient for a protein intake so I can have a small piece of watermellon?
