Fibromyalgia and CFS: The Effect of Trauma on Genetics

Today we will be discussing exciting new research that is demonstrating links between early life stress and modulation of genetics for cortisol receptors in the brain.  This new research is opening up our understanding of how trauma can influence physiologic responses years later and therefore be associated with conditions of chronic pain and chronic fatigue.
